This workshop provides compassionate, practical guidance to help families prepare for this transition with clarity and care. If your loved one is already in care, how can you make it a more enjoyable experience for both them and yourself.

How to recognize when it’s time to consider a move
Steps to prepare yourself, your family, and your loved one for the transition
How to prepare your loved one’s environment/make their current environment work better for them
Tips and tricks for how to make living in care more successful for everyone in the family
Strategies to manage stress, guilt, and resistance along the way
This workshop is designed to give you tools, confidence, and peace of mind during one of the most significant transitions in your family’s journey.

The Sandwich Generation: Supporting Your Aging Parents

For caregivers, long-term care, and retirement home staff, this workshop focuses on creating engaging, purposeful activities for individuals living with dementia. Drawing from Montessori-inspired approaches, participants will learn how to use simple, meaningful materials to enhance quality of life and preserve dignity.

Intergenerational
Join us for a 1.5-hour intergenerational workshop designed to bring grandparents and grandchildren together through creativity, conversation, and connection. This hands-on session combines the joy of making and sharing snacks and the creativity of painting personalized mugs, offering a unique opportunity to strengthen bonds and create lasting memories.
Memory Book Making Workshop

This workshop offers an opportunity to apply all you’ve learned about Memory Book Making. We will focus on hands-on memory book creation, providing guidance, support, and inspiration throughout the process. Participants will work on assembling their memory books, including selecting meaningful content, organizing photos, and creating simplistic captioning.
